Security Contact Method
In the event there is a security alert, an appointment reminder, or you get locked out of your account, you have the option of receiving an alert via email, or SMS. Your healthcare provider may also have a password expiration policy in place, so you may receive a security alert several days in advance of your password expiring.
It’s important to check that you have entered all of the required contact information in the 'Patient Information' form to insure receiving any alert.
